I am dorkas

I am totally in love with these pillows. The colors are perfect and the designs on them are cute; the fact that they are on the ground, in what looks like a desert or beach (love the desert because I grew up in one and I also love the beach because, well, I just love the beach) is amazing!! I want to marry these pillows and live at their house. Except that would be weird. And I would miss my husband like crazy.

I also love these pillows because they come from an Ety shop called "i am dorkas". When my husband and I were dating, and even before when we were just friends, he used to call me a dorkas all the time (except I think he used a U - durkus). I took it as a form of endearment though I'm not sure that's how he meant it.

I would buy these if they matched the decor of my house, but they don't and I'm okay with that. I love my house just how it is.

I'm waiting on my mom to send me pictures of my house, when she does I'll post some for those of you who wanted to see. My camera cord/charger is lost hence why I can't take some and upload them right now.

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July yesterday. I ate some watermelon to celebrate.

I can't think about our new house without my mind wondering to decor. How am I going to decorate it?? For the most part we are using everything we already have (red couches, dark wood, slate blue, brown and moss-dark greens). But that still leaves one bedroom and bath completely empty. These rooms will be for guests till we have kids, then we will add a nursery (classic Winnie-The-Pooh) to the bedroom.

Empty doesn't work for me so I wasted all day yesterday trying to figure it out and I ended up with 4 different looks. Hubs likes #2 and 3 but says it's my choice and I keep going back and forth. Can you look at them and help me decide???? Here they are (everything is from Walmart, Target, Ikea or Kirkland's - trying to keep the price as low as possible):

We don't really care about having it match the rest of our house. We just want something that will make us smile when we see it, and something our guests will feel comfortable in.

Which, of the four options, should I choose??
