Well, we finally got my father-in-law to come fix it and now all I want to do is bake! I've made sweet potato casserole, lasagna, rolls, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and now PIZZA. Yes, it's a good and bad thing to have a working oven again.

Pizza, pizza, pizza!!!
One day I was preheating the over when it started to spark like a sparkler on the Fourth of July. It was scary but thankfully I was in the kitchen at the time, noticed it, and was able to turn off the oven and stop the sparks. The next day I opened the oven to see what had happened and realized that the heat source thing at the bottom of the oven had melted in half. So crazy!!
